An Engineering Associate works under the supervision of a Resource Pool Coordinator to provide specialized pavement engineering services for public and corporate clients. The successful applicant will work with MicroPAVER software to develop roadway and airfield pavement management programs in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines, and will be responsible for conducting detailed pavement distress surveys to characterize condition, assess cause, and develop appropriate rehabilitation strategies for various transportation facilities.
Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of Paver, Geographic Information Systems software, Backcalculation software, and Pavement Design software. Knowledge gained through work experience or academic training is acceptable.

Compensation:
Starting salary $68,774 and up based on education and experience.
